Once our team has concluded our comprehensive evaluation, we continue to put our technical knowledge and extensive field experience to work by providing repair recommendations. These recommendations are delivered in the form of a Project Manual which contains Technical Specifications for the Scope of Repairs. We employ the latest technology tools and computer software in developing solutions for your building. From non-destructive testing, computer analysis, and design review, our team uses the most effective tools available for field evaluation and document preparation. Our Design Services include solutions for cladding components and project renovation. Our expertise includes water intrusion testing to determine the cause followed by our team providing a repair protocol.

We are your Construction Administrators and in the regard, we strive to ensure contract adherence, we review and provide feedback on the Contractor’s applications for payment, we reject defective work, we provide quality control, and we keep you updated throughout the process.
June received her BSCE and MSCE from Texas Tech University in 1988 and 1989. Her graduate work was “strength of weathered Window Glass”. She worked in Chicago with WJE for several years before coming to South Florida to work. Her work was in the assessment and repair of existing buildings, with an emphasis on the building envelope.
Her work includes evaluation and repair of building structures, concrete repair, stucco repairs, window and door repairs and replacement, waterproofing systems, exterior sealants and paints. She has been the principle owner of a consulting engineering firm since 1993.
Richard is the financial officer for our firm. He provides all necessary support for billings and contracts. His technical background is a tradesman, a finish carpenter prior to working for consulting engineering firm for 24 years. He is well versed in building construction and mechanical systems. He is a registered Home Inspector in Florida.
Wilhelm (Wil) received his BSCE from FAU in Civil engineering. He has worked on projects including structural repair on deteriorated concrete, supplement strengthening, fastening, and wind loading. He performed work on the design of post tension reinforced slabs at PTE.
He has his EI registration and is working toward his PE licensure.
Fallieres Desliens (Fally) has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering. He has a universal HVAC license # 2388880; he worked with HVAC and mechanical systems prior to joining our firm. He assists in the evaluation of existing stucco, sealants, waterproofing, and coatings.
Sarah Derby is a native Floridian. She recently spent several years in New Orleans prior to returning to Florida. Her background includes catering/party planning and facilities operations. We are pleased to have her coordinate our office and administrative responses.
